But what does “Aje” mean? It’s more than just a name—it represents the initials of Melissa’s three children: Adam, Jeremy, and Elissa.
Our founder was Inspired by her father who loved to BBQ for the family on the weekends, daughter who said to follow her dreams and encouraged by her sons that told her to JUST DO IT!!
Her father and daughter are now guiding her in spirit and reason behind her values of togetherness, strength, and heart. Every meal we serve is a reflection of that foundation.
